Empowering Education at Hoërskool Waterkloof.
As a prominent high school in Pretoria, Hoërskool Waterkloof required a reliable energy solution to lower their electricity bills and ensure that vital classroom lessons could continue uninterrupted during loadshedding and power outages.
This project came with unique logistical challenges, as the HEX team had to work around the school’s active schedule. For much of the 15-day project duration, the team could only begin work after 12:00 PM due to ongoing exams.
Additionally, the team maintained a strict commitment to a quiet work environment, avoiding loud tool usage and minimizing noise while on the school roofs to ensure no disruption to students.
