Essential Nutrient System Pty Ltd (ENS), a comprehensive livestock production and agricultural consultancy firm, was forced to run a diesel generator around the clock. This resulted in exorbitant monthly fuel costs and created an uncomfortable working environment filled with constant noise and heavy exhaust fumes.

Tasked with an aggressive timeline, our team compressed a planned 6-week installation into just 2 weeks, without sacrificing our standard of neatness or professionalism.

Supported by Jaltech as funders and utilising hardware from Herholdt’s Group and Solar Structures Africa, we installed a heavy-duty Hybrid Battery System:

• 390 x 665W Aiko Bi-facial panels
• 36 x 12kWh Sigenergy Batteries
• 4 x 50kW Sigenergy Hybrid Inverters
• 1 x 300kW Sigenergy Gateway

ENS has successfully eliminated their daily reliance on diesel power. They now enjoy significant monthly savings and a quiet, clean agricultural facility, with the old generator reserved strictly as a backup for severe weather days.
